摘要: 随着经济的持续繁荣及产业结构的升级,社会对即将就业的大学生提出了越来越高的要求,传统模式培养的人才很难适应时代的发展。基于此,该文提出了一种新的人才培养模式:以“互联网+”为背景,以“八融合”为依托,构建多角度、多层次全方位的人才培养板块,为多元能力人才的培养建设了育人场所;以六个方面育人引导,进一步对人才培养的依托进行细化与丰富,为多元能力人才培养丰富了内涵;以四大底层逻辑为指导,为多元能力人才培养提供了保障。该文探索的人才培养模式为新形势下的人才培养提供了一定的理论参考。

Abstract: With the continuous prosperity of the economy and the upgrading of the industrial structure, the society has put forward higher and higher requirements for college students who are about to be employed. It is difficult for the talents trained by the traditional talent training mode to adapt to this trend. Based on this, this paper proposes a new talent training model: based on the "Internet +" background and the eight integration, a multi angle, multi-level and all-round talent training plate is constructed, which opens up a place for the cultivation of talents with multiple abilities; It further refines and enriches the support of talent cultivation with six aspects of education guidance, which enriches the connotation of the cultivation of talents with multiple abilities; Under the guidance of the four bottom logics, provide guarantee for the cultivation of talents with multiple abilities. The talent training model explored in this paper provides a theoretical reference for talent training under the new situation.
