摘要: 在产能置换背景下,我国冶金高等教育对高级人才能力和素质的培养需要及时调整。桂林理工大学冶金工程专业基于广西有色金属及钢铁产业发展,结合冶金产能置换战略,深入冶金企业调研分析。着重对专业实践类课程教学进行优化调整,突出虚拟仿真实验教学及生产实习模式改革,促进学生工程实践及创新能力的培养。

Abstract: It is important that the mode of talent cultivation for higher education of metallurgical engineering needs to be adjusted under the background of product capacity replacement. Based on the development of non-ferrous metals and steel industries in Guangxi, the major of metallurgical engineering in Guilin University of Technology has conducted in-depth research and analysis of metallurgical enterprises in combination with the metallurgical capacity replacement strategy. It focuses on optimizing and adjusting the teaching methods of practical courses, highlighting the reform of virtual simulation teaching experiments and the production practice mode, and promoting the cultivation of students' engineering practice and innovation ability.
