三全育人视域下高职院校地理信息专业人才培养路径探索

摘要: 地理信息产业处在从传统的作业模式向信息化、智能化的转型阶段,对高技能人才的需求日益增多。该文从三全育人的角度出发,针对高职院校地理信息产业人才培养存在的问题,分析成因,提出以平台为中心,院校、企业和行业协同丰富育人资源,统一育人目标;探索全面的人才评价体系,打造水平过硬的双师团队,激发学生内驱力,以期培养更多高水平的地理信息产业人才。

Abstract: The geographic information industry is in the transformation stage from the traditional operation mode to information and intelligence, and the demand for high-skilled talents is increasing. From the perspective of three-wide education, this paper analyzes the causes of the blocking points in the training of geographic information industry talents in higher vocational colleges, and proposes to take the platform as the center, link colleges, enterprises and industries to enrich educational resources and unify educational goals. Explore a comprehensive talent evaluation system, build a high-level double-qualified team, and stimulate students ' internal drive in order to cultivate more high-level geographic information industry talents.
