高职院校药学专业现代学徒制人才培养模式与成效探析——以西安医学高等专科学校为例

摘要: 在高等职业院校开展药学专业的现代学徒制试点,目的是为药学专业、行业输送较高素质的综合技能人才。将现代学徒制与药学专业人才培养相结合,为高等职业院校与医药企业提供了开展广泛交流与合作的机会,能够有力地推动高等教育领域医学人才培养模式的改革与发展。该文对西安医学高等专科学校与今正药业集团联合开展的产教融合药学专业现代学徒制人才培养模式试点的成效进行总结,探讨适合高职院校的现代学徒制人才培养方法,指出实施现代学徒制所需要的计划和保障、管理体系、发展成效,并对未来发展做出展望。

Abstract: The pilot modern apprenticeship system for pharmacy majors is carried out in higher vocational colleges and universities with the aim of providing pharmacy majors and industries with higher quality and comprehensive skill talents. Combining the modern apprenticeship system with the cultivation of pharmacy professionals provides an opportunity for extensive communication and cooperation between higher vocational colleges and pharmaceutical enterprises, which can strongly promote the reform and development of medical talents cultivation mode in higher education. This paper summarizes the modern apprenticeship training program for pharmacy majors jointly undertaken by Xi'an Medical College and Jinzheng Pharmaceutical Group, discusses the modern apprenticeship approach suitable for higher vocational institutions, points out the plans and guarantees required for the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system, the management system, the development effectiveness, and gives an outlook on the future development.
