摘要: 创新创业人才是新时代人才培养的重要课题。当前,中医药振兴发展步入关键阶段,创新创业人才是推动中医药发展的核心动力和智力支撑。高等中医药院校培养创新创业人才是提高高等中医药院校育人育才水平的需要,是促进中医药创新发展的需要,也是国家健康中国战略的需要。该文分析了高等中医药院校创新创业人才培养的重要意义、发展现状,进而提出高等中医药院校培养创新创业人才的路径。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship talents are an important topic of talent training in the new era. At present, the revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine has entered a critical stage, and innovative and entrepreneurial talents are the core driving force and intellectual support to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine. Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine is the need to improve the level of education in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine, promote the innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine, and serve the national strategy of healthy China. The article aims to put forward the path and method of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents by analyzing the significance and development status of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training in TCM colleges and universities.
