摘要: 四川建筑职业技术学院在进行高职人才培养时,始终坚持以学生为中心,以成果为目标导向,形成了独特的“ACEM”人才培养模式,并在建筑工程技术专业群推广应用。实践结果表明,该模式根据需求侧的变化及时调整人才培养方案,搭建混编教师团队,实现校企“双主体”育人,育人效果显著,学生综合素质和教师素养均有明显提升;校企合作进一步深入,校企双方实现互利共赢。

Abstract: When cultivating higher vocational talents, Sichuan College of Architectural Technology always adheres to being student-centered and goal-oriented, and has formed a unique “ACEM” talent training model, which is popularized and applied in the professional group of architectural engineering technology. The practical results show that the model adjusts the talent training plan in a timely manner according to the changes in the demand side, builds a mixed teacher team, realizes the school-enterprise dual-primary sports talents, and has a remarkable effect of educating people, the comprehensive quality of students and teachers' quality have been significantly improved, the school-enterprise cooperation has been further deepened, and both schools and enterprises have achieved mutual benefit and win-win results.
