摘要: 碳达峰碳中和目标的提出,要求化工高等教育不仅要培养具有实践创新能力的人才,还要将绿色低碳教育思想贯穿培养全过程。该文从目前人才培养面临的问题出发,提出以培养“双碳”领域创新人才为目标,开展基于“双导、双创、双团”教育新模式的“双碳”人才培养,同时结合贵州省现代化工高质量发展需求,强化科教协同,深化产教融合、协同育人,提升绿色低碳创新实践能力的培养质量。

Abstract: The goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality requires higher education in chemical engineering not only to cultivate talents with engineering practice ability, but also to integrate green and low-carbon education ideas into the whole process of talent education. From the problems of green low carbon education in talent cultivation, in this article, the goal of cultivating innovative talents in the field of “double carbon” was to carry out the exploring the talent education mode through the practical education ideas of "double guidance, double innovation and double team". Meanwhile, combining with the demand of high-quality development of new-type industrialization in Guizhou province, the collaboration of science and education was strengthened and the integration of production and education was deepened, so as to improve the training quality of green and low-carbon innovation and practice ability.
