Abstract: Hotel industry in Hainan developed rapidly, but following by the shortage of hotel talents become more and more serious. Integration Mechanism of Teaching and Production is an effective path of cultivate talents, but there are still some problems exist in the process of its development, such as inconsistent teaching goals and incomplete integration between colleges and enterprise. The article analyzes these problems and reasons, take the practical curriculum Integrated Project in Hospitality Institute of Sanya as example, through exploring the path of innovation and reform on Integration Mechanism of Teaching and Production. The curriculum has achieved some positive results in the aspects of school-enterprise co-construction of teaching objectives, co-discussion of teaching content, co-management of curriculum implementation, co-participation in evaluation, co-construction of teaching staff, in order to promote the reform and innovation of practical curriculum teaching mode in higher vocational colleges.
