Abstract: Baicheng Medical College, in accordance with the construction requirements of the "double high plan", takes the specialty group docking industry chain and post group as the core, combs the relationship between the ophthalmic technology specialty and the professional direction, and proposes to develop the specialty group construction with the industrial occupation post demand as the guide and the school enterprise cooperation as the main line. The research is carried out from five aspects: the establishment mode of specialty group, the revision/formulation of talent training scheme, the innovation of talent training mode, the creation of high-quality "double qualified" teachers, and the construction of long-term mechanism of school enterprise cooperation, with a view to providing reference for the future development of similar majors in higher vocational colleges.
