Abstract: In the new situation, the social environment, campus environment and network virtual environment that college students are facing are more complex.Therefore, colleges and universities need to improve the effectiveness of education management, comprehensively optimize the education management system, implement the education policy of nation, and let college students participate in school education management. Colleges and universities need to optimize resource allocation comprehensively, formulate a scientific educational management mechanism, strengthen the communication and exchange between administrators and college students, and optimize educational management methods through network platforms. Based on the new social situation and the characteristics of university education development, this paper puts forward the means of optimizing the educational management mode of university students from many angles.
