在中国汽车零部件企业中推广TRIZ的探索

摘要: 针对在中国汽车零部件企业中TRIZ推广存在的阻碍,该文提出TRIZ推广可以与企业现有工作相结合,互相促进。根据中国汽车零部件企业的需求,结合行业通常采用的工具方法,分别就TRIZ工具如何与价值工程分析、六西格玛设计、战略制定工作、问题分析及解决流程、创新成果激励机制、内部培训师培养机制相结合,提出具体建议。

Abstract: :Aiming at the analysis of the obstacles to TRIZ promotion in Chinese auto parts enterprises, it is proposed that TRIZ promotion can be combined with the existing work of enterprises to promote each other. According to the requirements and general tools of Chinese auto parts enterprises, specific recommendations on how TRIZ tools can be integrated with VAVE, Six Sigma design, strategy development, problem-solving processes, incentive mechanisms for innovation outcomes, and internal trainer training mechanisms.
