一流食品科学与工程专业CBL教学法与OBE目标体系融合的教学改革探索

Teaching Reform Exploration on the Integration of CBL Teaching Method and OBE Target System for First-Class Food Science and Engineering Major

摘要: 案例教学法(Case Based Learning,CBL)作为一种常规的教学方法,虽具有一定的学科局限性,但在医学专业教育中却取得了良好的教学效果。对于食品科学与工程专业的知识体系而言,完全照搬CBL教学法容易对学生知识体系的建立产生影响。该文进一步针对食品科学与工程专业核心课程生物化学设计改进了CBL教学法,并通过实践将CBL教学法和课程思政进行了融合,在提升教学效果以及学生学习成绩方面取得良好成效。运用多维度评价体系,在教学导入、教学过程、应用迁移等方面进行考查,结合OBE工程教育评价体系全面提升授课效果。

Abstract: As a conventional teaching method, Case Based Learning (CBL) has certain discipline limitations and has achieved good teaching results in medical education. For the knowledge system of food science and engineering majors, it is easy to have an impact on the establishment of students' knowledge system by completely copying CBL teaching method. This paper further designed and improved the CBL teaching method for biochemistry, the core course of food science and engineering major, and integrated the CBL teaching method with curriculum ideology and politics through practice, and achieved good results in the process of improving the teaching effect, students' academic performance and teaching effect. Through the multi-dimensional evaluation system in teaching introduction, teaching process, application transfer and other aspects of the investigation, combined with OBE engineering education evaluation system to improve the teaching effect.
