摘要: 新工科的建设对研究生创新能力的培养提出了更高的要求。该文分析了地方高校在机械类研究生创新人才培养方面存在的问题,阐述了科研项目对研究生创新能力提升的重要性,提出科研项目驱动的地方高校机械类研究生创新能力提升模式。通过引导研究生参与科研项目的预研、立项和项目实施全过程的方式,在科研项目实践中提高研究生的创新意识与创新能力。

Abstract: At present, the construction of "emerging engineering education" sets a higher request for the cultivation of graduate students' innovative ability. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative talents for mechanical graduate students in local universities, elaborates the importance of scientific research projects to improve the innovation ability of graduate students, and puts forward a scientific research projects driven cultivation mode to improve the innovative ability of mechanical graduate students in local universities. Through training postgraduates to participate in the whole process of pre-research, project approval, and project implementation, etc., to improve the innovation consciousness and innovation ability of postgraduates in the practice of scientific research projects.
