Abstract: With the development of economy and society in our country, industry-education integration and collaborative education has become an important method to cultivate high quality applied talents for colleges and universities. However, there are some problems in the integration of industry and education between universities and enterprises, which require the joint efforts of ternary parts —— government, enterprises and universities to deeply integrate and educate undergraduates. This study takes wetland wildlife and nature reserve management major of wetland college, a key industrial college of Jiangsu Province, as an example. Based on the long-term mechanism of the integration between industry and education and the problems in the integration of industry and education, multi-subject integration and collaborative education was innovatively implemented and all aspects of resources are integrated by ternary parts of government, enterprises and universities to promote the innovation of talent training mode and actively train ecological and environmental protection applied talents for the sake of serving local characteristics.
