职业院校新教师自我发展意识及培养策略研究——基于阿拉尔市职业院校的调研

摘要: 为提升职业院校教学质量,加强职业院校新教师队伍建设,促进职业院校新教师快速稳步成长,该文采用调查问卷的形式,从基本情况、工作情况、学习培训、职业认同、专业发展、自我调节、生涯规划、职业倦怠和激励措施9个方面对82名阿拉尔市入职1-5年的新教师进行调研,结合实地访谈进行数据统计和分析,找到当前阿拉尔市职业院校新教师自我发展中存在的问题及影响因素,从认识、体验、升华、检测和反思五个方面提出解决措施。

Abstract: In order to improve the teaching quality of vocational colleges, strengthen the construction of new teachers in vocational colleges, and promote the rapid and steady growth of new teachers in vocational colleges, 82 new teachers in Alaer from 1-5 years of employment were investigated in the form of questionnaires from nine aspects: basic situation, work situation, learning and training, professional identity, professional development, self-regulation, career planning, job burnout, and incentive measures, data statistics and analysis are carried out in combination with field interviews to find out the problems and influencing factors existing in the self-development of new teachers in vocational colleges in Alaer, and solutions are proposed from five aspects: cognition, experience, sublimation, detection and reflection.
