Abstract: With the continuous development of social economy, the demand for technical and skilled talents in various industries has increased significantly. As the main position for talent cultivation, higher vocational education needs to keep up with the pace of the times and constantly innovate talent cultivation methods, so as to provide high-quality talents for social posts. Craftsman spirit is a labor spirit of excellence, dedication, focus, and innovation. It can be incorporated into the“four in one”and innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation program in vocational colleges, which can inject new impetus into the education and teaching in vocational colleges. This article discusses the importance of integrating the craftsman spirit into the“four in one”and innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation program in higher vocational colleges, and explores the“four in one”and innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation strategies that integrate the craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges, hoping to provide some reference for higher vocational colleges to carry out relevant work.
