新工科背景下电气控制类研究生实践创新能力培养体系探索与实践

摘要: 培养实践创新能力是研究生教育的核心任务,也是经济社会发展和科学技术进步对研究生培养的必然要求。该文针对目前研究生实践创新能力不足的问题,以电气控制类学科研究生培养为例,在结合当前人才需求与专业特色以及多年研究生教育实践经验的基础上,通过明确培养领域导向、推进导师团队建设、加强实践教学、加强实践基地建设和健全质量监控机制等措施,构建了研究生实践创新能力培养体系。新的培养体系实施以来,电气控制类研究生创新能力明显提升,导师团队指导研究生能力显著增强,学科影响力不断提高。

Abstract: Cultivating practical innovation ability is the core task of postgraduate education, and it is also the inevitable requirement of the development of economy and society and the progress of science and technology. In view of the lack of practical innovation ability of postgraduate cultivating at present, the postgraduate cultivating of electrical control discipline is taken as an example. Based on the current talent needs, major characteristics and practical experience of postgraduate education, a training system of practical innovation ability for postgraduate has been established by making definite the orientation of cultivation field, advancing the construction of tutor team, enhancing the practice teaching, strengthening the construction of practice base and perfecting the quality monitoring mechanism. Since the implementation of the training system, the innovation ability of postgraduate students has been significantly promoted, the ability of the tutor team to guide postgraduate students has been obviously enhanced, and the discipline influence has been continuously improved.
