摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着绿色制造升级,亟须建设面向人人的智能制造绿色技能育训体系。该文分析了国内外绿色技能育训现状,探索高职院校开展技能培训和社会服务的具体实施途径,包括打造虚实“双景”平台、建立立体化数字资源、构建“四纵两横”培训模块,并阐述了实施保障机制,解决绿色技能“培训地点、培训主体、培训资源、培训方式、培训效果”等问题。实践证明：实施途径和保障机制有效,形成了一套可推广的范式。

Abstract: With the upgrading of green manufacturing, it is urgent to build a green skills training system for intelligent manufacturing for everyone. The current situation of green skills education and training at home and abroad is analyzed, and the specific implementation ways is explored for vocational colleges and universities to to carry out skill training and social services, including create a platform with both virtual and real views, establish three-dimensional digital resources, build four vertical and two horizontal training modules, and the implementation of safeguard mechanisms. The problems of green skills“training place, the main body of the training, training resources, traiming methods, training effectiveness”and other issues are solved. Practical proof: the implementation methods and safeguard mechanisms are effective, forming a set of generalizable paradigms.
