Abstract: The article introduces the Staff Room of Geotechnical Engineering of Henan University of Urban Construction, an excellent provincial-level grass-roots teaching organization, based on“problem-oriented, goal-oriented, result-oriented”(“three-oriented”), and the teaching and research section constantly improves the construction of rules and regulations, strengthens the management of the teaching process, strengthens the construction of first-class courses, integrates ideological and political elements into the curriculum, carries out teaching reforms, develops teachers'professional teaching through multiple channels, improves the system of practical teaching, establishes the cooperative education mechanism by school-enterprise cooperation, strives to cultivate students'practical ability and comprehensive quality, achieves high-quality devewpment of teaching in the teaching and research department and achieves good results.
