新农科背景下产学合作协同育人实践研究

Practice Research on Production-Learning Cooperative Education under the Background of New Agricultural Science

摘要: 在新农科背景下,提高农林人才培养质量,最有效的举措是产教有机融合、校企协同育人。产学合作协同育人模式存在校企沟通不畅、利益不平衡、合作积极性不高、教学方式难以转变和培养效果评价机制不完善等问题。河南科技大学农业装备工程学院与中国一拖集团有限公司通过共同探索,提出了搭建校企协同育人公共信息网络平台,构建了以学校和企业为主的“一链三环”的育人模式和以产学合作为主导的“三全”评价机制的方法。该方法运用到教学实践中,解决了产学合作过程中的问题,培养了具有农林知识和技能的高素质应用型专业人才。

Abstract: In the context of the new agricultural science, the most effective measures to improve the quality of agricultural and forestry talent cultivation are the organic integration of industry and education, and the collaborative education of schools and enterprises. The collaborative education model of industry university cooperation has problems such as poor communication between schools and enterprises, imbalanced interests, low enthusiasm for cooperation, difficulty in changing teaching methods, and imperfect evaluation mechanisms for training effects. Through joint exploration, the College of Agricultural Equipment Engineering at Henan University of Science and Technology and China Yituo Group Co., Ltd. have proposed the construction of a public information network platform for school enterprise collaborative education, the construction of a“one chain, three links”education model with schools and enterprises as the main focus, and the “three rights” evaluation mechanism led by production-learning cooperative. This method has been applied to teaching practice, solving the problems in the process of production-learning cooperative, and cultivating high-quality applied professional talents with agricultural and forestry knowledge and skills.
