摘要/Abstract

摘要： 教育数字化转型是我国当前教育改革发展的首要任务,数字化教学资源建设作为教育数字化转型的具体实践,在推动教育教学改革与人才培养中起到重要作用。该文以公共部门人力资源管理课程为例,阐述课程数字化教学资源建设的实施路径,提出了对照标准提升数字素养、制定策略培养数字人才和优化功能加强质量评价的改进措施,以期为推进课程数字化教学资源建设提供有益参考。

Abstract: The digital transformation of education is the primary task of China's current educational reform and development, the construction of digital teaching resources, as the specific practice of the digital transformation of education, plays an important role in promoting education, teaching reform and talent training. This article takes the course of human resource management in the public sector as an example to elaborate on the implementation path of digital teaching resource construction in the course,and proposes improvement measures to improve digital literacy, develop and cultivate digital talents, optimize functions, and strengthen quality evaluation based on standards, in order to provide useful references for promoting the construction of digital teaching resources in the course.
