The Continuous Improvement Strategy of Engineering Curriculum Based on the Evaluation of Course Goal Achievement

摘要: 持续改进理念贯穿工程教育专业认证的全过程,秉持“评价—反馈—改进”的反复循环。该文以化学工程与工艺专业化学工艺学课程为例,基于课程的目标达成度评价,分析课程对毕业要求达成的情况及学生的学习情况。评价形成的反馈信息可提升下一轮教学质量,助力构建涵盖教学思维和方法、教学内容和评价体系的持续改进体系。以此类推,以期课程教学形成阶梯状、递进式的循环机制。

Abstract: The concept of continuous improvement runs through the whole process of engineering education certification, adhering to the repeated cycle of“evaluation-feedback-improvement”. This paper takes the course of chemical technology of chemical engineering and technology major as an example, based on the evaluation of the goal achievement degree of the course, analyzes the realization of the graduation requirements of the course and the learning situation of the students. The feedback generated from the evaluation enhances the next round of teaching and helps build a continuous improvement system covering teaching thinking and methods, teaching content and evaluation system. And so on, in order to form a stepped-like, progressive circular mechanism of course teaching.
