创新创业教育工作中长效人才培养机制构建方法研究

摘要: 在我国大力实施“双创”的时代背景下,创新创业教育工作已经纳入高校人才培养体系,并呈现出良好的发展态势,有力地促进了“双创”教育在高校的落实。尽管绝大多数高校对创新创业教育工作都给予高度重视,但在构建长效人才培养机制方面仍然面临诸多困境。对此,高校应当将创新创业教育工作与构建人才培养机制进行有效结合,积极探索有效的方法和路径,通过构建完善创新创业教育工作课程、构建“三全育人”机制、优化创新创业教育工作体系、推动创新创业教育方法创新等措施,最大限度地提升创新创业教育工作的实效性。

Abstract: Under the background of my country's vigorous implementation of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", innovation and entrepreneurship education has been incorporated into the talent training system of colleges and universities, and it has also shown a good development trend, which has effectively promoted the implementation of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" education in colleges and universities. Although the vast majority of colleges and universities attach great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education, they still face many difficulties in building a long-term talent training mechanism. In this regard, colleges and universities should effectively combine innovation and entrepreneurship education with the construction of talent training mechanisms, actively explore effective methods and paths, and improve innovation and entrepreneurship education courses by building and improving innovation and entrepreneurship education. Promote innovation and entrepreneurship education methods and other measures to maximize the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
