Application of Virtual Simulation Technology in PBL Teaching Reform of Civil Engineering Construction

摘要: 土木工程施工是土木工程及相关专业的一门核心课程,具有实践性强、理论性弱的特点。针对本课程教学方式传统、不能较好地培养学生工程实践能力的问题,提出了基于PBL教学方法并结合虚拟仿真实验平台展开的教学模式。基于本课程的现状与问题,阐述该教学模式的特点,介绍了教学内容的重构与工程问题的设置方法,最后,以土方开挖为例,介绍了基于PBL教学方法并结合虚拟仿真平台展开的教学模式在课程中的应用。经过实际应用,证明该教学方法可有效调动学生积极性、培养学生实践能力和解决工程实际问题的能力,教学效果显著提升。

Abstract: Civil engineering construction is the core course of civil engineering and related majors, which has the characteristics of strong practice and weak theory. In view of the problem that this course is constrained by traditional teaching methods and can not better cultivate students' engineering ability, a teaching model based on PBL teaching method and virtual simulation platform is proposed. Based on the current situation and problems of this course, this paper expounds the characteristics of this teaching model, introduces the reconstruction of teaching content and the setting method of engineering problems. Finally, the earthwork excavation is taken as an example to introduce the application of teaching mode based on PBL teaching method and virtual simulation platform in this course. Through practical application, it is confirmed that this teaching method can effectively mobilize students' enthusiasm, cultivate students' practical ability and ability to solve engineering practical problems, and the teaching effect is significantly improved.
