摘要: 病原生物学与免疫学课程作为高职院校医疗卫生专业的基础课程之一,是连接临床课程与基础课程的桥梁。该课程主要面向护士、医生、检验师等医疗卫生服务岗位群,既要求学生掌握一定的理论基础知识,又要求学生能够熟练应用理论知识解决实际问题。病原生物学与免疫学课程知识面广、内容抽象难以理解,且传统教学模式和课程体系受时空限制,难以有效地满足学生的学习需求。因此,该文探讨从课程设计、课程建设、课程实施、应用效果等方面完善病原生物学与免疫学在线开放课程,实施线上线下混合式教学,实现优质教学资源的开放与共享,以此提高教学质量。

Abstract: The pathogen biology and immunology course, as one of the foundation courses of the medical and health majors in the higher vocational colleges, is a bridge between clinical courses and basic courses. The course is aimed at nurses, doctors, examiners and other health service positions. It not only requires the students to master certain the oretical basic knowledge, but also enables the students to apply the oretical knowledge proficiently to solve practical problems. The course of pathogen biology and immunology has a wide range of knowledge, its content is abstract and difficult to understand, and the traditional teaching mode and course system are limited by time and space, so it is difficult to meet the learning needs of students effectively. Therefore, the open online course of pathogen biology and immunology should be constructed, and the mixed online and offline teaching should be carried out to realize the opening and sharing of high quality teaching resources so as to improve the quality of teaching.
