生产运营管理虚拟仿真实验教学体系构建研究——以内蒙古绿色牛羊肉连锁营销为例

摘要: 连锁营销作为一种先进的商业模式,已被企业广泛应用。绿色牛羊肉产业作为内蒙古的一大经济支柱,现阶段正尝试通过连锁营销的模式推动产品在全国的销售,但却面临专业人才不足的难题。由于牛羊肉企业的生产加工基地大多地处农村牧区,大学生赴现场实习难度较大,而城市加盟店的面积有限,根本不具备承担学生实习的功能,学生的专业综合实践与在岗实习存在较大困难。因此,该文探讨建造一套针对内蒙古绿色牛羊肉连锁营销的虚拟仿真实验教学体系,通过将虚拟现实技术与传统教学方法相结合,提高实践教学水平。该文对该体系的知识模块、实验流程、核心要素等进行了详细的论述,希望以该虚拟仿真体系为平台,促进内蒙古绿色牛羊肉产业的发展。

Abstract: Chain marketing, as an advanced business model, has been widely applied by enterprises. The green beef and mutton industry, as a major economic pillar in Inner Mongolia, is currently attempting to promote product sales nationwide through chain marketing, but the challenge is a shortage of professional talents. Due to the fact that the production and processing base of beef and mutton enterprises are mostly located in rural pastoral areas, it is difficult for college students to conduct on-site internships, while the area of urban franchise stores is limited, does not have the ability to undertake student internships at all. There are significant difficulties in students'professional comprehensive practice and on-the-job internships. Therefore, this article explores the construction of a virtual simulation experimental teaching system for green beef and mutton chain marketing in Inner Mongolia, which combines virtual reality technology with traditional teaching methods to improve practical teaching level. This article provides a detailed description of the knowledge modules, experimental processes, and core elements of the system, hoping to use the virtual simulation system as a platform to promote the development of the green beef and mutton industry in Inner Mongolia.
