摘要: 单细胞转录组测序数据分析是一门新兴课程,该实验课中涉及大量的软件和分析方法,学生通过在实践平台中进行重复性训练可以掌握课程的内涵,因此,构建实训化平台显得尤为重要。该文探讨基于容器化技术及多媒体技术的单细胞转录组测序分析实训平台的架构研究,通过docker技术构建平台运行的软件环境。实训化平台由结构化模块组成,在每个模块内配以视频、数据、代码、结果解读等功能单元。该实训化平台增加了学生学习兴趣,降低了学生学习难度,满足了单细胞转录组测序分析课程教学需求,可为该系列课程建设提供参考。

Abstract: Single cell Transcriptome sequencing data analysis is a new course, the experimental course involves a large number of software and analysis methods, repetitive training in the practice platform can help students grasp the content of the course, so it is particularly important to build a training platform. This paper discusses the architecture research of single cell transcriptome sequencing analysis training platform based on container technology and audio and video technology, and builds the software environment for platform operation through docker technology. The practical training platform consists of structured modules, each equipped with functional units such as video, data, code, and result interpretation. This training platform has increased students'interest in learning, reduced the difficulty of learning, met the teaching needs of singlecell transcriptome sequencing analysis course, and can provide reference for the construction of this series of courses.
