新能源特色导向下应用型本科电气专业人才培养模式探讨

Talent Cultivation Mode of Electrical Engineering for the Applied Undergraduate Based on the New Energy Characteristic

摘要: 该文以中国矿业大学徐海学院为例,探讨了电气工程及其自动化专业应用型人才培养模式。在应用型人才培养定位和地方新能源经济发展背景下,确定了以新能源发电和新能源电动汽车为电气专业特色。围绕新能源特色,分别构建了专业理论课程体系和实践教学体系,列举了集中实践教学环节的具体实训项目,并提出了应用型人才培养质量评价方法和保障措施。

Abstract: The applied undergraduate talent cultivating mode of electrical engineering was discussed in this paper,taking Xuhai College of China University of Mining and Technology for example. New energy power generation and new energy electric vehicle were oriented at the background of applied talent cultivation and new energy development. The theoretical courses system and practical teaching system were established, aiming to the new energy characteristic. The specific practical training projects were listed in the concentrated practical teaching process, and the evaluation methods and guarantee measures of the applied undergraduate talent cultivation were introduced.
