摘要: 地方本科高校是我国新能源汽车专业人才培养的重要基地和教育的基础力量,但部分地方本科高校在新能源汽车专业人才培养过程中存在目标定位不清、与实践脱节、教师队伍建设落后等问题,严重制约了地方本科高校新能源汽车专业的发展。九江学院经过长期探索和实践,形成了“产学研赛创”的新型育人模式。该模式通过联合政府、学校、企业三方力量,构建了“政校企”三方协同育人新机制,为建立和完善地方本科高校育人机制进行了有益探索。

Abstract: Local undergraduate universities are an important base and educational foundation for the cultivation of new energy vehicle professionals in China. However, some local undergraduate universities have problems such as unclear target positioning, disconnection from practice, and outdated teacher team construction in the process of cultivating new energy vehicle professionals, which seriously restrict the development of local undergraduate universities and new energy vehicle majors. After long-term exploration and practice, Jiujiang University has formed a new educational model of“industry-university-research-competition-entrepreneurship”. This model has established a new mechanism for collaborative education among the government, schools, and enterprises through the joint efforts of the government, schools, and enterprises. It has conducted beneficial exploration for establishing and improving the education mechanism of local undergraduate universities.
