摘要: “双碳”战略催生了机械类新工科复合型、创新型专业技术人才的需求。该文在分析目前“双碳”战略背景下新工科人才培养存在的科研与教学协同发展不足、交叉融合难度大、人才培养模式与人才需求不匹配等问题的基础上,从人才培养定位、学科交叉、科教融合、人才培养体系构建等方面,提出“双碳”战略背景下机械类新工科人才培养模式改革的思路。

Abstract: The strategy of“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”has generated the demand of professional and technical personnel with composite and innovative characteristics in mechanical majors of emerging engineering education. The issues of talents cultivation for emerging engineering education under the background of“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”strategy are analyzed in this article, such as insufficient synergy between research and teaching, difficulty of interdisciplinary integration, mismatch between talent training mode and talent demand. In addition, the reform idea of mechanical talent cultivation mode for emerging engineering education under the background of“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”strategy is proposed from the aspects of positioning of talent cultivation, interdisciplinarity, integration of science and education, and construction of talent cultivation system.
