Nowadays, many vocational colleges attach great importance to improving students'entrepreneurial and employment abilities in the development process, and pay attention to providing correct entrepreneurial and employment guidance to students. The guidance work for entrepreneurship and employment has a certain degree of complexity and requires the joint participation of multiple subjects. As an important component of vocational education, vocational counselors need to fully play active role, deeply analyze the existing problems in entrepreneurship and employment Guidance work, and adopt targeted solutions to continuously improve the efficiency of entrepreneurship and employment guidance work and promote the comprehensive development of students.
