摘要: 该文在分析了当前本科生实践能力现状的基础上,针对学生实际能力与工作岗位要求存在的差距,提出了实践课程改革的新思路。通过挖掘高校内部需求,解决了工程教育中实践项目来源少的问题。在全过程工程环境中,从设计者和制作者两个维度训练学生,从而使学生的实践能力和对知识的综合应用能力有了较大的提升,有效地缩小了学生实际能力与工作岗位要求之间的差距。

Abstract: Based on current present situation of undergraduates'practical ability, this paper gives a new method of practical course reformation to reduce the arrears between actual capacities and job requirements. By tapping the internal needs of colleges and universities, solves the problems of limited sources of procttcal projects in engineering education. Students' abilities of practice and synthetically applying are promoted further effectively by training from two dimensions, which are designer's role and manufacturer's role respectively, in complete process of engineering, effectively narrowing the gap between students' actual abilities and job requirements.
