高校研究生创新型人才培养微环境的构建研究

摘要: 人才是国家发展的重要资源,创新型人才培养已经成为我国高等教育研究的热点和重点问题。如何培养具有探索和创新能力的人才,是目前各大高校都在积极探索的主要问题。为此,该文从微观层面综合剖析了高校研究生创新型人才培养微环境的内涵及影响研究生成才的因素,并从健全学术道德规范体系、加强学术研究团队建设和促进研究生全面发展三个视角,提出了构建高校创新型人才培养微环境的途径。

Abstract: Talents are an important resource for national development, and the cultivation of innovative talents has become a hot and key issue in higher education research in China. How to cultivate talents with exploration and innovation abilities is currently the main issue that major universities are actively exploring. Therefore, this article comprehensively analyzes the connotation of the microenvironment for cultivating innovative talents in universities from a micro level and the factors that affect the success of graduate students. From three perspectives: improving the academic ethics standard system, strengthening the construction of academic research teams, and promoting comprehensive development of graduate students, it proposes ways to build a microenvironment for cultivating innovative talents in universities.
