劳动教育背景下高校工程实训课程教学改革探索与实践

摘要: 为落实把劳动教育纳入人才培养全过程的要求,对工程实训课程中的钳工实训教学改革进行了一系列探索和实践。通过改革实训内容、优化教学设计、融合多工种,建立了面向理工科、文科学生不同对象的实训课程体系,并且运用到了教学实践中。钳工实训改革提高了学生的工程实践能力,提升了教学团队的业务水平。在新时代大学生劳动教育背景下的钳工实训改革探索,可为其他工程实训课程提供参考。

Abstract: In order to implement the requirements of bringing labor education into the whole process of talent training, a series of explorations and practices have been conducted on the teaching reform of fitter training in engineering training courses. By reforming the training content, optimizing the teaching plan and integrating multiple types of work in production, a multi-level training curriculum system for students of different majors has been established. It has achieved good results in teaching practice. The students' ability of engineering practice and innovation has been improved, and professional skill of teaching team has been promoted. Exploration and practice of fitter training teaching can provide reference for other engineering training courses.
