摘要: 新疆工业经济的快速发展离不开自动化专业人才的支撑。在“一带一路”建设的推动下,新疆工业经济的快速发展对自动化专业人才的需求不断增大。新疆地方高校自动化专业的发展也必须面向新疆的行业和企业,走产教融合、校企合作之路。该文阐述了当前自动化专业校企协同育人的发展现状,并分析了问题产生的原因,提出了自动化专业校企协同育人的新模式:优化顶层设计,完善校企协同育人制度体系;进一步促进产教融合,提高人才培养质量,满足新疆工业经济发展对高素质自动化应用型人才的需求。

Abstract: The rapid development of Xinjiang's industrial economy can not be separated from the support of automation professionals. Driven by the "The Belt and Road" construction, the rapid development of Xinjiang's industrial economy has constantly increased the demand for automation professionals. The development of automation majors in local universities in Xinjiang must also face the industries and enterprises in Xinjiang, and take the road of integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation. This paper expounds the current development status of school enterprise collaborative education for automation majors, analyzes the reasons for the problems, proposes a new mode of school enterprise collaborative education for automation majors: optimizes the top-level design, improves the school enterprise collaborative education system; further promotes the integration of production and education, improves the quality of talent training, and meets the needs of Xinjiang's industrial and economic development for high-quality automation application talents.
