Abstract: It is the responsibility and the need of higher vocational colleges to serve the national strategy to cultivate technical skilled talents with creative thinking, innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability ("three innovations"). The situation and main problems of cultivating "three creative talents" in higher vocational colleges under the current "Internet +" are analyzed. The targeted measures and solutions through innovation and entrepreneurship education for all staff, all-round and whole process ("three aspects") are put forward. These measures have been tested in practice and achieved certain results, which provide a useful reference for the "three creative talents" training in higher vocational colleges, which are still in the exploratory stage.
