摘要: 《中国制造2025》以提高数字化、网络化水平为途径,构建信息物理系统,推动生产方式变革,对大数据、物联网等高素质复合型技术技能人才的需求日益增加。该文创新性地提出了“1+XB+nX”复合型人才纵向、横向、综合培养模式理念,采用“免修正、内容强化、内容修补、能力转化及新增课程”五种方式,开展书证融通,重构了人工智能物联网专业群课程体系,开展人工智能物联网专业群“1+XB+nX”书证融通复合型人才培养模式研究与实践。

Abstract: Made in China 2025 aims to improve the level of digitalization and networking, build an information physics system, promote the transformation of production mode, and increase the demand for high-quality composite technical and skilled talents such as big data and the internet of things. This paper innovatively put forward the concept of "1+XB+nX" composite talent vertical, horizontal and comprehensive training mode, and carried out integration of academic certificate and vocational skill grade certificate in five ways, including "no correction, content reinforcement, content repair, ability transformation and new courses", reconstructed the "AI IOT professional group curriculum system", and carried out the research and practice of "1+XB+nX" integration of academic certificate and vocational skill grade certificate AI IOT professional group composite talent training mode.
