以耕读教育深化政产学研协同育人实现路径研究——以农林经济管理类专业为例

摘要: 农林经济管理类专业人才培养对乡村振兴具有重要的人才支撑作用,耕读教育对于农林经济管理学科各个专业人才培养有着特殊意义。将耕读教育融入农林经济管理类专业的人才培养实践,需要按照人才劳动养成的“意识→习惯→技能→价值→精神”五个环节,科学构建耕读教育实现路径。现阶段,落实耕读教育,需要借助各高校现有的政产学研协同育人机制,解决高校单方面开展耕读教育难以解决的形式化问题。具体而言,一是要充分利用现有耕读教育资源“做实基地”,二是要积极创设耕读教育场景“搭好平台”,三是要构建系统的耕读课程体系“搞活课程”,四是要建立产教融合师资队伍“培优师资”。

Abstract: Specialties of Agricultural and Forestry Economic Management disciplines(SAFEM) plays an important role in supporting the Rural Revitalization. The Cultivation&Learning Education(CLE) has special significance for graduates of SAFEM. To integrate CLE into students training practice of SAFEM, the five link "Consciousness-Habit-Skill-Value-Spirit" needs to be followed. Currently, the implementation CLE can take advantages of the existing mechanism of Government, Industries, Universities Cooperation in colleges and universities. Specifically, the existing CLE resources should be applied; on line platform and CLE Scenes should be created; CLE curriculum system should be built; a specialized teaching team should be trained.
