摘要: 扎实推进教师队伍的建设工作是保证职业教育高质量发展的关键。对此,有必要在正视教师核心素养内涵的同时,通过调研需求、顶层设计、项目平台、教研教改等有效方式途径,构建高职院校教师培养培训体系,提高教师的核心素养,加快打造一支专兼结合、素养高超、活力无限并且道德高尚的“双师型”团队,从而在提高教学有效性的同时,为育人质量的提升以及职业教育的发展保驾护航。

Abstract: To promote the construction of teachers is the key to ensure the high-quality development of vocational education. To this, it is necessary for us to face up to the teacher of the core connotation of the literacy at the same time, through the top design, the project research needs, the platform, the research teaching reform such as effective approaches to build training in higher vocational colleges teacher training system, the core of improving teachers' quality, speed up the build a combination of full-time and part-time, quality superb, and vitality and moral double team, in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching at the same time for the quality of education and the development of vocational education escort.
