摘要: 通过分析高职院校专业社团在“三创”(创新创业创造)教育中存在保障体系不完备、文化氛围不浓厚、内部管理机制不完善的问题,探讨专业社团在“三创”型人才培养中的作用和优势,以及专业社团与“三创”教育结合的效能,提出建平台,优化专业社团架构;搭体系,采用“五化”“三创”教育实践;建设“三创”教育实践长效机制等发展策略,为培养高职技能型人才提供实践与理论依据。

Abstract: By analyzing the problems of incomplete guarantee system, weak cultural atmosphere and imperfect internal management mechanism of professional associations in innovation, entrepreneurship and creation education in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the role and advantages of professional associations in the cultivation of three innovations talents and the efficiency of the combination of professional associations and three Innovations education, and puts forward to build a platform and optimize the structure of professional associations; Set up a system and adopt the educational practice of five modernizations and three innovations; The development strategy of building a long-term mechanism for three innovations educational practice provides practical and theoretical basis for cultivating skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.
