产教深度融合下市场营销专业实训课程的教学改革探析——以广西国际商务职业技术学院为例

摘要: 市场营销专业的人才培养对实践性的要求较高,对实训课程的质量要求尤为突出,产教深度融合背景下市场对营销人才的实践技能提出了新的要求,传统的实训课程模式在新形势下较难满足学生对营销技能学习的需要,市场营销专业实训课程的改革是必要且迫切的。该文以广西国际商务职业技术学院为例,对产教融合背景下市场营销专业实训课程的教学改革进行探索、分析实践经验,将市场营销实训内容建立在营销岗位之上,将创新创业理念、职业技能标准等融入课程中,通过实训课程的革新提升市场营销专业学生的实践技能水平。

Abstract: Marketing professional talent training of practical demand is higher, especially about the quality of the training course requirements, depth of fusion education under the background of market skills put forward new requirements for the practice of marketing talents, the traditional pattern of training courses under the new talent demand is difficult to meet the needs of students of marketing skills, marketing professional training curriculum reform is necessary and urgent. Taking Guangxi International Business Vocational and Technical College as an example, the fusion education under the background of marketing professional practice and exploration on the teaching reform of the course, analysis, practice experience, will be marketing training content based on marketing position, blend in the innovation business idea, vocational skills standard tutorial, through innovation to promote the marketing professional training course students practical skills.
