《管理学原理》线上线下混合式教学模式研究

摘要: 信息技术与理论课教学的深度融合是当前课程教学改革的热点。该文针对高校《管理学原理》课程课堂教学时间有限、学生学习缺乏主动性、师生缺乏互动沟通等问题,基于布鲁姆教育目标分类理论进行立体化的线上线下混合式教学设计,构建“多元化—考能力”的真实性评价体系,最终形成适合《管理学原理》课程教学的线上线下混合式教学模式,并实施。通过比较法和访谈法对其效果进行评估,发现线上线下混合式教学模式对提升《管理学原理》课程教学质量起到重要作用,可为高校管理类理论课程改革提供借鉴。

Abstract: The deep integration of information technology and theoretical course teaching is a hot spot in the current course teaching reform. Aiming at the problems of limited classroom teaching time, lack of initiative in student learning, and lack of interactive communication between teachers and students, the article aims at problems such as limited classroom teaching time for the principles of management in colleges and universities. The authenticity evaluation system of Testing Ability finally forms and implements an online and offline hybrid teaching mode suitable for the teaching of Principles of Management. Through the comparative method and the interview method to evaluate its effect, it is found that the online and offline hybrid teaching mode plays an important role in improving the teaching quality of the management principles courses, in order to provide reference for the reform of management theory courses in colleges and universities.
