Research and Practice of Graduate Talent Training System of Energy and Power Specialty under the Background of New Engineering

摘要: 为适应新时期我国能源发展战略,响应教育部建设新工科“三部曲”的号召,长沙理工大学能源动力专业以此为契机,开展了能源动力专业学位研究生人才培养体系研究与探索。搭建创新创业教育平台,旨在培养新工科背景下的能源动力专业研究生创新创业能力。利用四种方式优化新工科背景下的能源动力行业人才培养体系。实践结果表明,长沙理工大学能源动力专业学位研究生人才培养体系研究取得了优异成果。

Abstract: In order to adapt to China's energy development strategy in the new era, and in accordance with the call of the Ministry of Education to build a new engineering "trilogy", the energy power major of Changsha University of Science and Technology has taken this opportunity to carry out research and exploration on the talent training system for graduate students majoring in energy power. The establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education platform aims to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of energy and power graduate students under the background of new engineering. Four ways are used to optimize the talent training system of energy and electric power industry under the background of new engineering. The practice results show that the research on the talent cultivation system of energy power graduate students in Changsha University of Science and Technology has achieved excellent results.
