摘要: 课堂质量决定着高校人才培养的质量。对课堂质量进行科学评价,可以引导教师行为不断改进,进而促进课堂质量的持续提升。为此,该文在对课堂质量及其评价理论、教学行为等基本概念进行阐释的基础上,结合当前高校所开展的课堂质量评价实践,从评价主体、评价指标和评价方法三个方面分析了课堂质量评价对高校教师教学行为的影响作用。

关键词: 课堂质量, 质量评价, 教学行为

Abstract: Quality assessment of classroom teaching determines the quality of talent cultivation in colleges. Scientific evaluation of classroom teaching quality can guide teachers' behaviors to improve continuously, and then promote the continuous improvement of classroom teaching quality. Therefore, based on the explanation of the basic concepts of classroom teaching quality, its evaluation theories and teaching behaviors, combined with the current classroom teaching quality evaluation practice in colleges, we analyze the impact of classroom quality evaluation on colleges teachers' teaching behaviors is from three aspects: evaluation subjects, evaluation indexes and evaluation methods.
