摘要: 分子生物学实验课程是分子生物学课程的重要组成部分,笔者结合十余年的教学和科研经历,分析分子生物学实验在教学中存在的问题,并进行创新性探索,通过将教学与科学研究有机融合,在前人的教学基础上,加深学生对分子生物学理论知识的吸收掌握,大幅度提升学生的动手操作能力、创新能力和科研思维,从而提高分子生物学实验课程教学质量,为培养兴趣型和实践型高素质生物医药人才奠定基础。

Abstract: The Molecular Biology Experiment course is an important part of the Molecular Biology. Combining with my more than ten years of teaching and research experience, I analyze the problems existing in the teaching of molecular biology experiments and make innovative explorations. Through the organic integration of teaching and scientific research, on the basis of predecessors' teaching, deepen students' absorption and mastery of molecular biology theoretical knowledge, and greatly enhance students' hands-on ability, innovation ability and scientific research thinking. Thereby improving the teaching quality of molecular biology experimental courses, laying a foundation for cultivating interesting and practical high-quality biomedical talents.
