Abstract: Local universities of finance and economics have played an important role in cultivating the talents of local economic construction. Throughout the education reform in China, application-oriented universities of finance and economics continuously develop and it is crucial to train the practical ability of applied talents. Based on the true condition of universities, it is significant to establish a practical ability system and a training system to ensure the quality of applied talents. To guarantee the operation of the practice ability training system, it is necessary to establish a full-time and part-time faculty team, to increase the investment of software and hardware in the training system, and to continuously promote deep cooperation between the universities and the enterprise.
