理工科高水平行业特色大学创新创业教育政策、模式与实践研究——以中国矿业大学为例

摘要: 我国理工科高水平行业特色大学具有专业优势集中、产学研紧密结合等特色,是高校创新创业教育的重要组成部分,也是推进新时代“大众创业、万众创新”的重要力量。中国矿业大学作为全国煤炭领域理工科高水平行业特色大学的代表,一直秉承“学而优则用、学而优则创”的办学宗旨,创新创业教育成果显著。该文从高水平行业大学定义入手,梳理中国矿业大学创新创业教育模式与实践的现状及存在问题,结合国外理工科高水平行业特色大学先进经验,提出相关改进措施和建议,有利于从学校政策、课程设置、培养机制、社会参与等方面为理工科行业特色大学创新创业教育提供有益参考。

Abstract: High-level industry-specific universities in science and engineering have the characteristics of concentrated professional advantages and close integration of production, education and research. They are an important source of innovation and entrepreneurship education of in higher education institutions in China and they could promote "Public entrepreneurship, innovation". China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT), as a representative of high-level industry-specific characteristic universities in the coal industry, has been adhering to the school-running mission of "excellent learning and use, and excellence in learning", and has achieved remarkable results in innovation and entrepreneurship education. In this paper, we started with the definition of high-level industry university, the innovation and entrepreneurship education model and practice status and existing problems of CUMT were further analyzed. Then, combining the advanced experience of foreign science and engineering high-level industry-specific universities, relevant improvement measures and suggestions were put forward. It is conducive to provide useful references for universities with characteristics of science and engineering industry in terms of school policies, curriculum settings, training mechanisms, and social participation.
