高校食品专业学生就业现状及思考

摘要: 近年来,我国社会经济发展迅速,食品工业也逐渐发展成了国民经济的支柱产业。在这种环境下,对于人才的需求也在不断提高,对此,高校的食品专业教学受到了人们的高度重视。但是近年来,高校食品专业学生就业现状并不乐观,所以有必要加以分析和改进,采取多样化手段,提高高校食品专业学生就业质量。该文对此做了相关研究,首先介绍了新时期食品行业发展现状,分析了当前高校食品专业就业困境,最后结合实际情况探讨了高校教学中提高食品专业学生就业质量的有效策略。以期在改善食品专业学生就业现状的同时,为社会培养更多的专业人才,从而推动我国食品工业的良好发展。

Abstract: In recent years, China's social and economic development has been rapid, the food industry has also made great progress, gradually developed into a pillar industry of the national economy. In this environment, the demand for talents is also increasing, so the teaching of food specialty in colleges and universities has been highly valued by people. But in recent years, the employment situation of food major students in colleges and universities is not optimistic, so it is necessary to analyze and improve, adopt diversified means to improve the employment quality of food major students in colleges and universities. This paper has done relevant research, first introduces the development status of food industry in the new era environment, analyzes the current employment dilemma of food major in colleges and universities, and finally discusses the effective strategies to improve the employment quality of food major students in college teaching combined with the actual situation. In order to improve the employment situation of food students at the same time, to train more professional talents for the society, so as to promote the good development of China's food industry.
