Abstract: In view of the single function of engineering training centers in colleges and universities in Hebei Province, combined with the specific tasks of double First-class construction, this paper puts forward the direction of functional transformation of engineering training centers in colleges and universities, update the teaching content, and consolidate the foundation of talent training. To promote the development of scientific research and improve the level of scientific research; To build a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship and cultivate top-notch innovative talents; To provide social services and inherit engineering training culture. The engineering training center will be built into a multi-functional engineering practice education platform, which will play an active role in the process of assisting the construction of double First-class.
