摘要: 随着社会、科技、信息技术的发展,社会对教师的要求也随之提高,教师教育的质量、教师能力与素质也不断提高。高职院校、地方政府、幼儿园协同培养幼儿园教师是高职院校教师教育的新模式,构建“三位一体”高职院校教师教育协同运行模式,使高职院校、地方政府、幼儿园积极参与教师教育,并充分发挥各自的优势与资源,提升教师教育的质量。

Abstract: With the development of society, technology, and information technology, society’s requirements for teachers have also increased,the quality of teacher education, teacher ability and quality are also constantly improving. Higher vocational colleges, local government, kindergarten kindergarten teachers is a new mode of higher vocational colleges teacher education, build vocational colleges teacher education collaborative mode, make higher vocational colleges, local government, kindergarten actively participate in teacher education, and give full play to their respective advantages and resources, improve the quality of teacher education.
